POSITION SUMMARY: The TA Partner will participate in a full range of activities around the selection of candidates, primarily in clinical level positions, and lead recruitment activities for Three Oaks Hospice and Palliative Care. He/she will be responsible for requisition and candidate data management, posting positions through internal and external resources, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers. QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or other related field preferred. • Minimum three years direct experience in full-cycle recruiting required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Hospice or Home Health experience preferred. • Organizational, communication and problem-solving skills as well as sound judgement. • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS). • Candidate sourcing certifications like AIRS, CIR, Social Talent, or Linked-In Recruiter highly preferred • Ability to establish priorities in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. • Strong computer skills including proficiency with the Internet. • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external networks. • Ability to follow-up and work with all levels within the company. • Ability to handle and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. • This is not a comprehensive list of all job responsibilities; a full job description will be provided.
