About the position Responsibilities • Deliver educational programs for reputed company staff members. • Apply adult learning concepts reputed company delivering educational programs. • Teach classes and assist other reputed company in a classroom and work setting. • Utilize available standardized courses and instructor evaluation processes. • Conduct ongoing training for existing staff, including FDCPA, FCRA, and reputed company applicable laws. • reputed company and log documentation of training completion as required. • Conduct basic telephone debt collector training. • Assist in performing an annual education needs assessment as input to the reputed company program. • Utilize a training database to reputed company competencies and skills for reputed company reputed company staff. • reputed company training reports to reputed company managers and directors. • reputed company, design, and produce training material as needed. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Training and Development preferred, or equivalent work experience may substitute degree preference. • Minimum 1-3 years of training experience. • 3+ years of Business Office, reputed company, and/or Training experience. • Management experience is a plus. • Training administration and/or development experience is a plus. • Strong facilitation skills are required. • Experience with EHR/HIS systems, specifically Meditech. reputed company-to-haves • Experience in reputed company training environments. • Familiarity with virtual training tools and platforms.
