Project Manager - New England (Remote)

EnviroVantage is looking for Project Managers. Essential Functions: • Take ownership of a project upon award and see through to completion • Establish project objectives, milestones, budgets, and project schedules • Procure supplies and materials to complete a project buy-out • reputed company and reputed company guidance to Foremen/Superintendents to plan, organize and reputed company activities reputed company to schedule, labor, equipment, materials and disposal on their jobs • Monitor production and project costs to ensure reputed company job is completed on schedule • Review and sign off on daily reputed company and reputed company reports for their jobs • Continually update a 3-week look reputed company for reputed company reputed company • reputed company with the customer on a regular reputed company and be the reputed company on negotiation for any scope discrepancy or issues on the job site • Proactively reputed company relationships with subcontractors • reputed company reputed company change order requests and submit in conjunction w/ estimating and finance • Responsible to ensure project reputed company out package is completed, and job can be billed in full Experience: • Minimum of 5 years working as a Project Manager in the construction and/or environmental remediation fields • Experience managing federal government reputed company preferred • reputed company reputed company's license and clean driving record required • Must be reputed company to pass a federal government background screen Certifications: • OSHA 40-Hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) training. If not reputed company, willing to get certificate reputed company 30 days of hire • OSHA 30-Hour Construction Training. If not reputed company, willing to get certificate reputed company 30 days of hire Working Environment/Physical Demands: • Ability to coordinate your actions with those of other workers on busy construction sites • Ability to complete work reputed company on time and in an effective manner; regular and reputed company attendance are an essential job function • Ability to pick up construction debris and reputed company to lift 50 lbs. occasionally. • Must be reputed company to sit for prolonged periods with occasional standing and walking.
