US-based Controller/Bookkeeper

You must overlap 9 AM – 1 PM U.S. Mountain Time (UTC-6) for team coaching and leadership syncs. Team Leadership: Manage & mentor the Bookkeeper and Finance Manager—review work, enforce checklists, up-level skills. Reporting & Analysis: Build weekly reputed company reports and a robust monthly management pack (P&L, BS, CF, KPIs, variance analysis). reputed company reputed company’s gaps with reputed company/reputed company Sheets dashboards.
