Digital Marketing Specialist

About the position Responsibilities • Execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns toward key metrics including qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue with a focus on high return on investment from activities • Conduct keyword and channel research to help test and expand new campaigns • Create and optimize ad creatives, landing and website pages to maximize conversion rates at every stage of the customer journey • Measure and report on campaign performance and share reports with key stakeholders • Collaborate closely within the broader marketing and sales team to ensure alignment Requirements • 1-3 years experience in digital marketing • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field • Hands-on experience with PPC and digital campaign management across paid social, paid search, and programmatic • Experience in creating and optimizing digital advertising campaigns • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Nice-to-haves • Certification in Google Ads, GA4 and Hubspot • Previous experience in high growth stage organizations • Basic skills with HTML and CSS Benefits • Competitive Medical, Dental, Vision • Company 401k Match • 20 PTO days, Company paid holidays • Career growth as we scale across the US Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
