The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in California Breach of Warranty law, particularly in automotive-reputed company litigation. This position requires a deep understanding of California breach of warranty laws, experience defending corporate depositions, and proficiency in handling discovery-reputed company motions to compel. Experience managing large dockets across multiple jurisdictions reputed company California state courts and reputed company experience is preferred. Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-reputed company work under tight deadlines are essential. Candidates must possess strong writing and oral advocacy skills.
