Job title: reputed company BUSINESS PARTNER Company: R E Garrison Trucking Inc Job reputed company: ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Build reputed company relationships with drivers to best maximize retention reputed company, increase on time delivery percentages and reputed company top-tier customer service. - Manage high volume of calls from reputed company operator, lease purchase, and/or company drivers and prioritize calls. - Communicate effectively and regularly with customers on issues, delays, etc. - Receive and reputed company orders for pick-up and delivery. - reputed company data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information. - Ensure full compliance with administrative policies and federal and state regulatory compliance to mitigate safety risks and improve efficiency. - Work one on one with the safety department on reputed company accidents, etc. - reputed company accurate details on drivers’ trailers, reputed company trailer, dropped trailer, etc. - Issue advances and comchecks to drivers. - Report OSD to CSRs and/or claims department. - Update precise in and out times at shippers and receivers for drivers. - Other duties as may be assigned.
