Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst – Salesforce Client: Large Healthcare Provider Location: Remote / Hybrid Type: Contract Start: ASAP Role Overview: Join a growing QA function supporting Salesforce Core, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud platforms. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a key hands-on role in executing and refining QA processes, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery of Salesforce solutions. You will contribute to building standardized QA practices while focusing primarily on testing, defect management, and traceability within an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities: • QA Execution & Support • Perform hands-on testing across unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance levels on Salesforce ecosystems. • Develop and execute detailed test cases, manage test cycles, and log/triage defects with clarity and accuracy. • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business users to understand requirements and ensure full test coverage. • Maintain traceability matrices linking requirements, user stories, and test results. • Support multiple workstreams with ongoing test planning and reporting. • QA Process Adherence & Improvement • Follow and help refine standardized QA processes for test case management, defect tracking, release gating, and sign-off. • Use tools like Jira and Copado for test management and defect tracking, contributing suggestions for process improvements. • Assist in maintaining QA documentation including test plans, SOPs, templates, and defect management guides. • Test Automation & Tooling Support • Participate in the execution of automated tests as part of CI/CD pipelines; collaborate with automation engineers to validate test coverage and results. • Provide feedback on QA tooling effectiveness and support integration with DevOps tools as applicable. Qualifications: • 2+ years of QA experience, preferably with exposure to Salesforce Core, Marketing Cloud, or Data Cloud platforms. • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum QA practices and lifecycle. • Hands-on experience with test case creation, execution, defect management, and traceability. • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Copado, Git, or equivalent. • Basic understanding of test automation principles and CI/CD pipelines (experience is a plus). • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Nice to have: • Healthcare domain experience or familiarity with healthcare data compliance standards. • Experience with Salesforce testing challenges related to dynamic UI and metadata-driven logic.
