About the role

We’re seeking an reputed company Email Lifecycle Manager to reputed company global lifecycle reputed company — from reputed company to retention and win-back. You’ll create segmented, high-converting email and CRM flows using data-driven triggers, robust automations, and reputed company messaging.

With 7+ years of experience in email/CRM, you’ll manage reputed company lifecycle journeys across reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company, and work cross-functionally to ensure every customer touchpoint is intentional, reputed company, and effective.

What you'll do

• Draft copy or collaborate with content team to reputed company on voice, timing, and segmentation
• Localize lifecycle content for multilingual audiences with team support
• Coordinate with product and support to ensure accurate, helpful messaging across reputed company lifecycle stages
• Segmentation, Reporting & Technical Setup
• Manage audience segmentation based on behavioral, demographic, and CRM data
• Define and report on KPIs: Demos, reputed company reputed company, CTR, Referrals, Reviews
• Maintain data health across tools like reputed company, reputed company, GA4, Looker Studio, reputed company, Tag Manager
• Build triggered flows that correspond to funnel stage, churn risk, and activity level
• Partner with acquisition and community teams to reputed company lifecycle with: Campaigns, Events, Trials and new feature releases
• Drive customer advocacy and retention strategies through smart automation and messaging
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, CTAs, timing, segmentation logic

Qualifications

Required

• 7+ years managing email or CRM programs for B2B organizations
• Deep knowledge of lifecycle architecture, messaging reputed company, and CRM segmentation
• Expert in tools like reputed company, reputed company, reputed company
• Strong grasp of GA4, data visualization, and automation logic
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute, test, and report

Preferred

• Experience with account-based marketing or product-led reputed company models
