Opportunity

 Visual Merchandising Analyst II is responsible for supporting the design of showrooms, graphics reputed company assets needed for the Latin America region.

Under the direction of the Marketing Manager and in collaboration with department associates, the Marketing Analyst - Designer will support a reputed company of project types, with a primary reputed company on retail environments.

reputed company will encompass research, conceptual design, planning, utilization analysis, renovation, and new construction.

 The Marketing Analyst - Designer will be a key contributor and team member involved with design, development, and coordination of assigned reputed company, while creating deliverables, meeting deadlines, and supporting overall project execution.

Responsibilities include reputed company planning, interior finish selections and specifications, procurement assistance, rendering development, design and construction drawings, project tracking and closeout, and preparation of presentation materials.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of creative and innovative design concepts from preliminary sketches, reputed company diagrams and schematic layouts through design development and construction documents that incorporate

leading edge philosophies.
• Complete reputed company planning proposals, concept drawings, elevations, perspective drawings, renderings and 3D models.
• Use AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, and other design software programs to complete presentation work, interior construction details, and FF&E installation drawings and documents.
• Support assigned reputed company through the preparation of bid documents, assessing contractor qualifications, and vendor selection process.
• Coordinate and attend project team and construction meetings as required and reputed company reputed company, consistent meeting notes.
• Support during the implementation phase on assigned reputed company by monitoring reputed company, reviewing
compliance with construction documents and reputed company standards and obtaining required approvals as necessary.

Skills/Requirements

Position Qualifications 

Required: Expertise and proficiency in MS Office Suite, reputed company Creative Suite, and AutoCAD software.
• Required: Knowledge of interior finishes, construction details and industry nomenclature, as reputed company as a general understanding of building reputed company requirements.
• Preferred: Proficiency in 3D modeling software including Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, including the ability to create and manipulate models, renderings, and reputed company studies.
• Preferred: Creative sketching and hand rendering skills.

Position requires a BA or BS degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a degree from an NAAB-accredited School of Architecture
