About the Game:
Dominion: A Fallen World is a science fiction mobile strategy game set in a post-apocalyptic Earth where mutated creatures battle for control in a world reshaped by a radioactive asteroid. The game features fast-paced real-time gameplay, original characters, and cinematic storytelling supported by 3D models, comics, and immersive lore.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Sound Producer to lead the full sound design and implementation for gameplay, UI, and cinematics. This is a fixed-price, deliverables-based contract totaling $1,300, payable upon the completion of all sound production tasks. The role does not involve hourly tracking and is entirely based on task delivery and quality.
Total Compensation:
• $1,300 USD total
• Payment made upon completion and approval of the full deliverables list
Deliverables Required:
• 42 Character Sound Effects:
• Includes movement, attacks, abilities, hits, and ambient presence synced to 3D models and animation timing
• File types: .wav and .ogg
• 3 Cinematic Cutscenes:
• Full sound design synced to visual storytelling animations
• Includes environmental ambiance, emotional pacing, and key audio cues (dialogue not required)
• File type: .mp4 with embedded audio or synced audio track for review, plus separated .wav/.ogg files as needed
• UI/UX Sound Effects:
• Menu navigation, reward claims, upgrades, buttons, transitions
• File types: .wav and .ogg
• Background Music (optional):
• May include ambient or battle music themes
• If created or sourced, deliver as .wav and .ogg
Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver all in-game and cinematic SFX, synced to animation and gameplay
• Create polished UI/UX audio for consistent interaction feedback
• Develop soundscapes that match the sci-fi tone and narrative arcs of the game
• Collaborate with developers and animators to ensure proper timing and functionality
• Deliver clean, production-ready files for Unity integration
Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in game audio production with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in tools like FMOD, Reaper, Logic Pro, Pro Tools, or Wwise
• Strong understanding of animation-sync sound design and mobile platform optimization
• Ability to manage task delivery independently and meet all asset requirements
• File delivery in .wav, .ogg, and .mp4 formats as specified
Preferred Experience:
• Experience in sci-fi or stylized game genres
• Previous work with mobile or indie games
• Familiarity with Unity or audio integration pipelines
