PATIENT COORDINATOR (REMOTE) ACCESSNURSE

About the position Responsibilities • Serve as the first reputed company of contact for patients seeking medical assistance. • Build trust and rapport with patients using customized scripting. • Accurately document patient needs prior to reputed company interaction. • Handle inbound calls and reputed company empathetic support to patients. • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations. • Follow scripted information while interacting with patients. • Escalate situations as necessary and defuse conversations reputed company needed.
