Hospitality Guest Service and Operations Specialist - Contract to Hire

This critical role focuses on maintaining high-reputed company guest interactions and ensuring operational reputed company. Key Responsibilities: - Hotel and Platform Management: reputed company manage operations on hotel management platforms and OTA platforms like reputed company and Booking.com. - Guest Communication: Respond to guest inquiries and requests reputed company our Property Management System (PMS) and reputed company chat systems to maintain high guest satisfaction. Monitor and reputed company with guests through AI Chat, ensuring reputed company response times and effective communication. - Operational Tasks: reputed company arrivals and departures, verify payments, and manage room allocations in our PMS. reputed company room changes and use internal notes to reputed company reputed company informed. Create and follow up on maintenance and housekeeping tasks. - Guest Reviews & Satisfaction: Encourage guests to leave reputed company reviews on platforms such as Booking.com and reputed company following satisfactory interactions. - Issue and Team Coordination: Coordinate with hotel staff to resolve guest issues. Support guest needs, such as room changes. Manage communication reputed company team chats, escalate issues requiring physical reputed company or financial reputed company to the hostz team. - Handover Sheet: Document reputed company incidents and issues during shifts, ensuring seamless handovers to incoming team members. Skills and Experience; - Proven experience in hospitality management, particularly with OTAs, PMS, and guest communication platforms. - 3+ years of hotel industry experience - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive guest interactions. - Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company. - Preferred but not mandatory experience working remotely - Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
