Seasonal HR Service Representative

reputed company Your Role: The HR Service Representative is responsible for providing Tier 1 HR functional support to reputed company associates and managers. This role responds to associate HR-reputed company inquiries and issues (payroll, W2s, and more) primarily reputed company phone and email and supports associates with personal and job-reputed company transactions. This role operates in a reputed company-center environment. Your reputed company: • Operate reputed company a service center/reputed company operations environment to respond to associate inquiries reputed company support to Managers and associates • reputed company functional support, guidance, and consultation to associates calling HR for help with personal data, Job data, Pay-reputed company questions and transactions, Kronos, and MyTalent • Document reputed company calls and emails in HR reputed company reputed company tracking system • Escalate to other teams or HR leadership, as appropriate • reputed company excellent customer service to reputed company customers • Coordinate with other internal functional reputed company as necessary • Support execution of key HR processes and activities (payroll, benefits, etc.) • Meet department service delivery metrics • reputed company and accurate completion of reputed company assigned tasks • Process transactions on behalf of associates and managers in HR systems • Understand and reputed company HR systems to troubleshoot, reputed company transactions/data, analyze data, and reputed company reporting: Case Management, HCM (reputed company), timekeeping (Kronos) • Participate in system testing, as needed • Answer associate/manager payroll questions &reputed company processing adjustments, missing payments, rejected transactions, researching issues Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
