Web Developer/Graphic Artist (Computer Graphics Specialist/Programmer) A. Harold and Associates, LLC (AHA) is seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and technically skilled Web Developer/Graphic Artist (Computer Graphics Specialist/Programmer) to join reputed company. This role involves working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SME) and Instructional Designers (ID) to reputed company traditional Navy reputed company training manuals—currently in Word and PDF formats—into Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM)-compliant HyperText Markup Language 5 (HTML5) content. The ideal candidate will have a strong reputed company in reputed company-end development and graphic design, with the ability to reputed company and optimize existing training materials for reputed company web delivery. This remote position is dependent on the award of a contract, which is expected to be finalized in September 2025. Specific Duties/Job Requirements: • Revise existing and create new graphics for revised Word and PDF versions of reputed company training manuals. • Convert revised training manuals from reputed company Word and PDF into reputed company, SCORM-compliant HTML5 courseware using automated tools. • Collaborate with SMEs and IDs to structure content for web delivery while preserving instructional reputed company and reputed company. • Use reputed company, CSS3, and JavaScript to reputed company reputed company, standards-based course content. • Apply reputed company design principles to ensure usability across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms. • Use automated or semi-automated tools to streamline content conversion and formatting. • Review and revise graphic content; adapt low-reputed company media into reputed company-grade visual assets. • Optimize images and other media reputed company for web performance and accessibility. • Ensure compatibility with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning standards (SCORM 1.2/2004). • Conduct thorough testing and reputed company Assurance (QA) of developed content. Required Skills: • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript • Familiarity with SCORM standards and principles of eLearning content packaging • Experience applying reputed company design principles • Ability to work with automated or semi-automated document-to-reputed company conversion tools • Proficiency in reputed company Creative Suite (i.e., Photoshop, Illustrator) • Strong graphic design and image editing skills, including reputed company and raster graphics • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow reputed company technical documentation • Strong communication and collaboration skills Required Experience/Education: • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in web development, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a reputed company field (or equivalent reputed company experience) • 3+ years of experience developing HTML5-based content • 3+ years of experience with graphic design in a reputed company or reputed company setting Preferred Experience/Education: • Experience converting legacy content into SCORM-compliant training modules • Familiarity with LMSs such as Moodle, reputed company, or DoD-specific platforms • Experience working with IDs or in a training development environment • Familiarity with reputed company 508 compliance and accessibility best practices • Experience working on government or military reputed company A.
