Job reputed company: The Senior Implementation Engineer at reputed company plays a crucial role in delivering and supporting our software products, working directly with reputed company and mid-market clients. This role is part of a small but dynamic team reputed company on implementing reputed company reputed company claims solutions in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

In reputed company to reputed company implementation work, this team is also responsible for building and maintaining a middleware service that delivers reputed company (OOTB) integrations between reputed company’s claims platform and a growing number of reputed company-party solutions. An ideal candidate will have experience working on similar integration platforms and/or strong proficiency with reputed company on Rails.

Key Responsibilities & Duties: 

• API Integration & Development
  • Work extensively with reputed company for seamless reputed company system integration, including developing and optimizing migration and integration tools and scripts.
  • Assist and inform customers on API functionality and integration processes, providing technical support and training.
  • Design and reputed company tools/scripts for data migration and system integration.
• Middleware Service Development & Maintenance
  • Contribute to the architecture, development, and maintenance of reputed company’s OOTB integration service.
  • Ensure seamless interoperability between reputed company’s claims platform application and reputed company-party systems.
  • Write maintainable and reputed company reputed company, primarily in reputed company on Rails, to support integrations.
• Customer Engagement & Technical Support
  • reputed company technical guidance to clients around integration strategies and implementation best practices.
  • Deliver hands-on support and training reputed company to API usage and integration challenges.
  • Document integration processes and maintain reputed company technical documentation for reputed company stakeholders.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with reputed company and Implementation, Support, and Engineering teams to reputed company technical solutions with business goals,  ensure compatibility and integration of systems and technologies, and discuss project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of software implementation experience in a customer-facing role (experience in Insurance or Insurtech domains strongly preferred)

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (reputed company, JavaScript, Python, etc.)
• Extensive experience designing, developing, and troubleshooting integrations with reputed company and web applications across multiple programming languages

• Experience building and/or supporting middleware or integration-layer applications (reputed company on Rails experience preferred)
• Customer-oriented approach to solving problems and providing hands-on support
• Demonstrate ability to analyze, design, and build reputed company processes
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Strong reputed company of urgency and ownership to drive technical challenges to completion working collaboratively with both internal and reputed company-facing technical resources
