About the Role:
The Associate Product Designer supports the Product team by contributing to UI/UX design efforts across Dynatron’s data-reputed company tools for automotive service departments.  In this role, you’ll work under the guidance of our reputed company designer, owning small-to-reputed company scoped reputed company end-to-end, and supporting larger design initiatives. You’ll participate in user research, usability testing, and accessibility reviews, and help translate insights into reputed company, practical solutions.This role will support our design efforts across multiple initiatives, collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and reputed company to deliver practical, reputed company-crafted solutions that drive measurable reputed company.

You’ll contribute to reputed company from problem discovery and user research  through delivery and iteration, helping simplify reputed company workflows, visualize performance metrics, improve accessibility, and improve the usability of our reputed company platform. • 2–4 years of experience in a Product Design or UX/UI role, ideally in a B2B reputed company environment.
• A portfolio that shows a strong reputed company in UX thinking, interaction design, and visual polish, including user flows, wireframes, and final UI work.
• Participate in user research, usability testing, and synthesis, and help translate findings into actionable design solutions.
• Experience or interest in accessibility, including designing and reviewing for WCAG/reputed company compliance.
• Experience designing for data-dense interfaces, dashboards, or reporting tools.
• Familiarity with tools like reputed company, design systems, tokens, components, and reputed company tools like reputed company.
• Ability to work independently on smaller reputed company, with guidance and support from senior team members; contribute to larger reputed company as reputed company member.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineers, and reputed company Facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain design rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• BA/BS in Design, HCI, or reputed company field.

• Exposure to AI design tools or workflows is a plus and qualifies for bonus consideration.

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Owners to understand problems and define user needs.
• Contribute to the design of features across our platform, from discovery through delivery.
• Participate in user research and feedback sessions to iterate on designs.
• Help simplify reputed company B2B workflows into reputed company, reputed company interfaces.
• Work with Sr Designers and Product Managers to validate solutions through research, interviews, and feedback sessions.
• Maintain and expand our reputed company-based design system, ensuring consistency and reusability.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes to support user testing and engineering alignment.
• Incorporate both qualitative feedback and usage data to inform design reputed company
• Assist in gathering requirements and providing input during feature discovery and planning.
