Position: Bookkeeping Operations Manager (Hourly | Remote | U.S.-Based Only)
We’re building a lean, productized bookkeeping agency focused on simplicity, clarity, and steady monthly reporting. We’re looking for an experienced U.S.-based bookkeeper to help manage and launch the business.
This isn’t a junior role.
What we’re looking for:
– Onboard new clients and walk them through what’s needed
– Help structure and implement SOPs based on real-world experience
– Manage overseas bookkeepers handling the day-to-day bookkeeping
– Review submitted work for accuracy and timeliness
– Send weekly P&L snapshots to clients
– Record monthly Loom videos breaking down reports in plain English
– (Optional) Appear in short-form content for our Instagram channel
We handle all lead generation. Your role is to ensure everything runs smoothly on the back end.

– You already run a bookkeeping business and want extra recurring work
– You’ve managed other bookkeepers before
– You’re organized, detail-oriented, and great at explaining numbers
– You want to help shape a new company and build something right from day one
About us:
We’re a husband-and-wife team launching this business with a proven lead gen system in place. I’m a mom of two and will be focused full-time on bringing in clients. We need someone experienced to help manage fulfillment and run point on delivery.
This is a brand new business, and you’ll play a key role in helping us build it from the ground up.
