JOB SUMMARY: The Digital Banking Specialist I is responsible for all duties within the Digital Banking Department to include; enrolling and maintaining customers in Online Banking (Business and Consumer), Mobile Banking, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), ATM and Debit Cards. This role will assist customers and branch employees with issues related to the Online Banking channels as well as performs the initial analysis when system problems occur. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • “Service” is the highest priority of the Bank. All employees must strive to provide excellent service and adhere to Company Standards • Assist clients with Digital Banking questions/issues and troubleshoot issues to a timely resolution and to customers’ satisfaction • Administer user access of digital banking systems, including creating new logins, reset of passwords, and processing applications for Online Banking and Bill Payer user access • Perform data entry and file maintenance to online accounts/mobile banking/RDC profiles. Activate accounts and ensure the appropriate fees are assessed • Answer incoming customer/branch inquiries and account maintenance requests, and research/resolve problems and errors in a timely manner • Maintain required reports and logs for BSA reporting • Provide daily assistance and operational support for branches including, but not limited to, issuing and reissuing ATM cards, debit cards, etc., answering client inquires, resolving disputes, fraud control, settlement of accounts, responsible for payments and deposits, and charge backs • Maintain knowledge and compliance of policies and procedures • Provide account research as requested by customer • Responsible for special projects as identified by supervisor • Act as back up for Operations Analyst • Perform additional duties as assigned DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations • Strong technical skills and knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel) and the Internet • Demonstrated knowledge of information security and inherent risk related to the Digital Channel • Excellent written and oral communication skills are needed • Knowledge of online banking products and services • Demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy • Attention to detail, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines • Knowledge of FedLine Advantage is a plus ADDITIONAL DUTIES: For Forbright Bank to remain efficient and nimble as a growing organization, team members are expected to exhibit a high level of flexibility regarding any duties that may be situationally assigned outside of this job description.
