Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition
About the position
Responsibilities
• Support assigned practice areas by determining hiring demand and managing the demand plan.
• Execute sourcing strategies to deliver recruiting results.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to establish job descriptions and compensation structures.
• Assist Managers in forecasting needs, submitting requisitions, and interviewing candidates.
• Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive effective hiring strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
• Co-facilitate regular meetings with executives and Practice Leaders to review recruiting activities and future hiring needs.
• Utilize consulting skills to influence hiring decisions and develop individualized sourcing strategies.
• Source and attract diverse candidates through networking and direct sourcing techniques.
• Manage experienced hire and executive candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Participate in committees and special projects related to recruiting.
• Assist with campus recruiting activities during the campus season if needed.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• Five years of experience in recruiting professionals in the Accounting, Tax, or Finance field.
• Demonstrated ability to drive and achieve results.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Valid driver's license.
