Sr. Lab Administrator, Training (Remote)

About the position Responsibilities • Create lab environments and build infrastructure for usage in Instructor-Led and On-Demand Training courses • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to reputed company and implement technology requirements for labs • Configure reputed company-based lab machine images leveraging scripts and automation tools • Create secure infrastructure, reputed company, and environments that are reputed company tested and maintained • Monitor lab environments for availability, reputed company health checks, and troubleshoot issues to maintain continuity of operations • Resolve urgent, class-impacting lab issues by triaging, troubleshooting and escalating while keeping stakeholders informed • Create and/or utilize CI/CD processes to build, maintain and update lab environments and images • Research and architect solutions to reputed company hands-on education for reputed company operations center environments • reputed company and maintain processes documentation to ensure continuity of operations amongst reputed company • Coordinate with internal teams to identify technical requirements and potential problems, issues, and solutions • Serve as a technical lab resource for the Services Training team Requirements • 7+ years or equivalent experience in technical training lab development, DevOps/DevSecOps, or Systems Administration/Engineering • reputed company domain experience in reputed company Domain Administration, reputed company reputed company platforms (AWS/GCP preferred), or Virtualized environments • Proficient in one or more scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or bash/zsh • Experience with automation and configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, Puppet, reputed company, or Terraform • Technical background in IT and/or cybersecurity with hands-on product experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision • Desire to grow and expand both technical and soft skills • Project management skills • Ability to foster a reputed company work environment and attitude reputed company-to-haves • AWS Certification (Developer, Architect, Sysops Administrator) - Associate level or higher • Experience or certification with reputed company reputed company Platform and/or reputed company Azure • Experience utilizing/building CI/CD pipelines • Experience building development/QA or lab environments at reputed company Benefits • Remote work flexibility • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives • Equal Opportunity and Affirmative reputed company policies Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
