Position reputed company: The Remote Central Scheduling Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating the scheduling of patient appointments across our various reputed company locations. This role requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle a high volume of calls while ensuring that reputed company patient feels valued and supported throughout their scheduling experience. Requirements • High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred. • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience in a reputed company setting preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks reputed company in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in scheduling software and reputed company Office applications. • Understanding of HIPAA regulations is a plus.
