REMOTE Mass Tort Attorney
Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Plaintiff Mass Tort Litigation Attorney to join our team. As a litigation team member, you will represent clients in complex, high-stakes cases. This position is ideal for an attorney with a passion for advocating for individuals and communities impacted by Wildfires and Floods.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead complex litigation related to Mass Tort claims, including negligence, property damage, personal injury, and class action suits.
• Handle all aspects of litigation, from pre-litigation investigation, case preparation, discovery, and motion practice to trial preparation and post-trial proceedings.
• Collaborate with expert witnesses, investigators, and other professionals to build strong cases for clients.
• Stay informed on changes in wildfire-related laws and regulations, including environmental regulations, fire safety standards, and insurance law.
Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• 2+ year of experience in litigation, with a focus on environmental, personal injury, or property damage law.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $145,000 – $200,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
