Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries with professionalism will be key to maintaining our high standards of customer service.
Duties
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on providing excellent service.
• Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional support.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service processes.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and other software tools to manage customer data efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while handling cash transactions when necessary.
Skills
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
• Proven experience in customer support or client services, preferably in a call center environment.
• Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers positively.
• Proficient computer skills including typing speed and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions effectively.
• Experience in sales or cash handling is a plus.

Pay: $30.47 - $32.06 per hour
