What You'll Do As a Mental Health Therapist at EWC, you will: • Provide individual (and optional group) therapy to clients aged 10 and up • Diagnose and assess clients, and refer as appropriate to other services • Develop and update individualized treatment plans • Maintain timely and complete documentation in accordance with practice standards • Collaborate with schools, agencies, and other providers as needed • Serve as a compassionate and engaged client advocate What We’re Looking For • Licensed in New Jersey as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT (Required) • Part-time availability, including at least 8 remote sessions/week on evenings and/or weekends • Comfortable working independently with a remote caseload • Experience with: • Adolescents (ages 10+) – Preferred • Couples therapy – Preferred • Strong interpersonal skills and an enthusiasm for teamwork and growth • A reliable internet connection and HIPAA-compliant work environment Qualifications • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field (Required) • Active NJ license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT (Required) • Excellent clinical judgment and strong documentation skills Location Remote within New Jersey (must be NJ licensed) Ready to Join Our Team?
