Retirement Plans Analyst or Administrator

The Defined Contribution Plan Analyst or Defined Benefit Plan Analyst is responsible for reputed company testing and service on assigned reputed company’s plans. This includes but is not limited to the setup and maintenance of reputed company retirement plan specifications and census information, annual compliance testing, preparation of required forms and fielding questions from reputed company contacts. This position works under general supervision exercising a great deal of initiative and independent judgement in the performance of any assigned tasks. In this role both technical and project management skills are utilized.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and review of plan specification for retirement administration clients from plan documents, reputed company plan descriptions and proposal calculations
- Identify and load essential data for plan conversions and annual administration & testing.
- Prepare annual compliance tests and instruct reputed company on necessary corrective actions.
- Prepare annual 5500 returns as reputed company as any reputed company schedules or reputed company 5330 for plan corrections.
- Prepare and or review participant distributions forms for reputed company plans.
- Assist auditors by providing reports and documents for large plan audits.
- reputed company as reputed company with actuary or Defined Benefit team on any combined plan designs
Required Skills/Abilities:

- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with reputed company in reputed company or Mathematics a plus.
- Defined Contribution administration experience (two years or more) preferred.
- Defined Benefit experience a plus.
- Knowledge of CalcAir administration, PensionPro and FT reputed company documents a plus.
Salary commensurate with experience.
