Appointment Setter – Airbnb Property Management Vaccay – Remote Full-time About Vaccay: Vaccay is a fast-growing property management company that helps Airbnb hosts maximize income and eliminate the day-to-day hassles of managing short-term rentals. We work with property owners across the U.S. to deliver hands-off, high-performing property management services. Job Summary: We’re hiring a full-time Appointment Setter to support our growth by prospecting and contacting Airbnb hosts who could benefit from our services. This role involves both cold outreach and follow-up with inbound leads. Your goal will be to schedule qualified consultation calls for our sales team. Key Responsibilities: • Prospect and cold-call short-term rental property owners • Follow up with inbound leads and previously contacted prospects • Qualify leads based on company criteria • Set appointments for the sales team and manage scheduling • Maintain accurate records and notes in our CRM • Use provided scripts while adapting your approach for each conversation • Consistently meet outreach and appointment-setting targets Requirements: • 1+ year of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound sales • Strong communication and persuasion skills • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls • Self-motivated and organized with excellent time management • Proficient with CRM tools and remote communication platforms Bonus Skills: • Experience in property management, real estate, short-term rentals, or hospitality • Familiarity with Airbnb, Vrbo, or similar platforms Compensation: $60,000/year OTE Schedule: • Full-time • Monday to Friday Work Location: Fully Remote, must reside in Utah Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Paid time off Experience: • Sales: 1 year (Required) Location: • Utah (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
