About the position
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish comprehensive 360-degree marketing plans.
• Develop strategies spanning in-store, digital, and external/media channels.
• Lead and manage launch activations for new products.
• Coordinate with Creative and Editorial teams to deliver campaign objectives.
• Ensure compelling copy and visuals across all marketing channels.
• Partner with Brand Marketing for seamless communication.
• Build partnerships across various teams including Media, Merchandising, and Analytics.
• Support managers in developing communication plans for digital campaigns.
Requirements
• 4+ years of marketing experience.
• 3-4 years of multi-channel marketing skills (store, digital, social media, advertising).
• Preferred experience in agency, retail, and/or beauty industry.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience in the beauty industry.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics.
