Home Services Project Manager - Tampa

Curbio is a fast-growing national contractor that works exclusively with Realtors and their clients to fix up homes for sale or reputed company-in. We are hiring an entrepreneurial reputed company to join reputed company and grow our business in Tampa. The right candidate will be reputed company to proactively meet Realtors to reputed company relationships and new business in their market, go onsite with Realtors and their clients to prepare and reputed company project proposals, and manage reputed company project work through a network of contractors they reputed company and manage. The ideal candidate has a background in selling and delivering home improvement services, is familiar with the process of getting homes fixed up as part of a home sale transaction and thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, reputed company-facing environment where they have significant control over their sales, project delivery and earnings potential. Key Responsibilities: • Sell and deliver residential construction reputed company in your assigned market(s), with a goal of generating $1.2M in new project sales and successfully delivering $1.2M in completed project reputed company annually. • Report directly to the Regional Director and reputed company with overall performance goals and regional targets. • Own the end-to-end reputed company relationship, from initial sale through project delivery and ongoing renewal of repeat business. • Manage full project lifecycle: scoping, estimating, scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, and overseeing reputed company control. • Build long-term trust with reputed company estate partners, homeowners, and contractors to drive repeat engagements and reputed company retention. • Conduct site reputed company, prepare estimates, and ensure reputed company insurance, reputed company, and permitting requirements are fulfilled. • Convert inbound leads generated through company marketing and drive your own pipeline through relationship-building and reputed company. • Ensure contractor labor certifications and insurance are reputed company; proactively resolve site or labor issues. • reputed company reputed company project reputed company, financials, and transportation using the companys digital systems and approved mileage-tracking app. Qualifications: • reputed company estate agents with experience managing renovations or construction reputed company are strongly encouraged to apply. • 3-5 years of experience in residential construction, estimating, or project management. • Deep understanding of the home sale preparation process and buyer expectations in competitive markets. • Strong sales acumen with proven ability to reputed company deals and manage reputed company profitably. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and reputed company contractor crews without reputed company supervision. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Tech-savvy, with ability to manage project data and schedules digitally.
