The Role The Harris Williams Marketing Team is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to execute strategies across our digital marketing platforms, including website, search, email, social channels, and paid tactics. This critical team player will ensure all digital marketing efforts are reaching desired goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, testing, and reporting to close gaps. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, analytical, and self-motivated, with exceptional attention to detail. Core Competencies • Set-up and monitor digital marketing campaigns and channels (email, social, paid) • Design and implement a steady cadence of A/B marketing tests to continually improve performance • Analyze campaign performance, highlight key findings and make actionable recommendations for future optimization • Leverage new marketing automation capabilities to establish best practices in audience segmentation, customer journeys, and frequency management • Oversee website agency, setting production priorities and ensuring quality • Partner with IT on ongoing maintenance of key MarTech platforms • Research alternative & emerging digital marketing tactics & platforms What We Are Looking For • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications or equivalent experience • 5-7+ years of experience in digital marketing, B2B preferred • A genuine curiosity of data and marketing analytics • Proactive and solutions-oriented approach with proven ability to navigate white space • Organized, detail-oriented, and diligent with the ability to meet deadlines and execute efficiently • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and ability to work well in a consultative manner • Team player, collaborative and able to work effectively with various functional partners • Experience with social media, marketing automation, and CRM platforms • Experience with key digital marketing platforms a plus (Google Analytics, Microsoft Dynamics Marketing – or other Marketing Automation, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Moz, etc.) • This is an in-office role in Richmond, VA.
