Now, we’re looking for a dedicated Live Chat Support Representative to join our customer experience team and help drive satisfaction from screen to street. Position Summary As a Live Chat Support Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for online visitors, assisting with product inquiries, order support, and general customer service through live chat. This role is ideal for someone who’s tech-savvy, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment. Key Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely, friendly, and professional manner • Provide accurate information on products, services, and order status • Assist customers with placing orders, returns, and troubleshooting issues • Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Shipping, Tech Support) to resolve customer concerns • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently assist customers • Log customer interactions and follow established support procedures Qualifications • Prior experience in customer service or live chat support preferred • Excellent written communication skills • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities • Familiarity with automotive or off-road products is a plus • Ability to work independently in a remote setting • High-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
