Virtual Executive PA for Investment Projects

Executive Virtual PA – Investor Lead Gen & Automation Seeking a driven Virtual PA to help build and automate lead generation for a global investment platform. You'll use Apollo, HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn, and the latest scraping tools to identify and qualify high net worth and accredited investors. Experience with investment or capital-raising projects is a plus. Basic API workflow skills (Zapier, Make, HubSpot integrations) required to automate outreach and CRM syncing across email and social. Responsibilities: • Identify, research, and qualify investor leads using Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn, and similar platforms • Build and manage investor pipelines within HubSpot CRM • Launch and automate outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, social) using CRM and API tools • Set up and maintain integrations between CRM, outreach, and follow-up workflows • Support campaign tracking, reporting, and ongoing pipeline management • Bonus for prior experience in investment or capital raising projects Terms: • Flexible, remote, project-based or hourly, with potential success/bonus fee • GMT +6 - +2 availability If you’re proactive, tech-savvy, and thrive on building automated systems that drive results, apply now.
