We are known for our law enforcement ties, nearly 100% online service delivery, and commitment to client-focused legal solutions. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Contracted Sales Representative to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal sales (particularly in estate planning, probate, or criminal defense), be familiar with MyCase CRM/case management software, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with bi-weekly base compensation and performance-based bonuses. Responsibilities: • Conduct consultations and sales calls with prospective clients via phone or video • Use MyCase to track leads, follow-ups, and client communications • Follow up on leads from marketing channels, referrals, and intake forms • Convert warm leads into retained clients through persuasive and ethical sales techniques • Educate clients about firm services in probate, estate planning, and criminal law • Coordinate with the intake team and attorneys to ensure smooth onboarding • Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline status • Report regularly on performance metrics and client acquisition progress Qualifications: • Proven success in legal sales, particularly in estate planning, probate, or criminal law • Proficient in using MyCase or similar legal CRM platforms • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision • High level of professionalism and client service • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented • Able to maintain confidentiality and comply with ethical guidelines Compensation: • Base Pay: $1,500 bi-weekly • Bonus Structure: Performance-based, tied to closed leads, revenue targets, and conversion metrics How to Apply: Interested candidates should submit a resume and short cover letter highlighting relevant legal sales experience and familiarity with MyCase.
