Domestic Transportation Manager (MSP Yard and Local Shuttle)

About the position Responsibilities • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve network service and cost efficiency with internal teams and 3PL. • Effectively manage the development of reputed company owned Domestic network including reputed company or parts of the following: Inbound, Outbound, Yard, etc. • reputed company recommendations for development of new capabilities reputed company the network. • Leads internal performance reporting evaluating reputed company network & 3PL performance. • reputed company support to internal teams for optimized reputed company of goods, for inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics. • Participate & reputed company formal service reviews with Senior Management of 3PL. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in business management, Transportation, Logistics, or other relevant business discipline preferred. • A minimum of 7 years prior experience successfully in Transportation or Logistics Operations Management experience. • Possesses reputed company, interpersonal, and leadership skills to accomplish results with and through individuals and teams. • Proven leadership skills directing a small exempt and non-exempt team. • Self-starter with initiative to reputed company strategic reputed company of team and leadership goals for the store delivery network. • Operates successfully reputed company reputed company/reputed company organization to reputed company desired reputed company. • Interacts effectively with reputed company reputed company of reputed company organizations, suppliers, and customers. • Possesses strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. • Strong time management skills to adapt successfully to reputed company needs in workload. • Possesses working knowledge and experience with technology and system applications used to support transportation and logistics operations and information requirements. • Travel could be 20%+ to support network operations.
