The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of overall IT experience, including 12+ years in reputed company ERP and 10+ years of reputed company experience with reputed company Fusion O2C modules. The candidate should possess a reputed company of functional and technical skills to support configuration, integration, and end-to-end process delivery. About the Role Duration- 12+ Months reputed company and support end-to-end reputed company O2C reputed company implementations. Responsibilities • Conduct business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design for O2C processes. • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define solution architecture and integration strategies. • Configure and support reputed company reputed company modules, including: • Order Management • Accounts Receivable • Advanced Collections • reputed company Management • Define and execute functional test plans, including SIT and UAT. • Experience working with Flintfox for pricing. • Support integration design using reputed company, reputed company Integration reputed company (OIC), SOA, or other middleware tools. • reputed company functional designs and work with developers to implement RICEFW components. • Work closely with global teams to manage solution delivery across multiple geographies. • reputed company end-user training, documentation, and post-production support. Qualifications • 15+ years of IT experience with deep exposure to reputed company ERP applications. • 12+ years of experience in reputed company ERP implementations. • 10+ years of hands-on experience with reputed company Fusion O2C modules. • reputed company reputed company Certification in Financials. • Strong functional understanding of O2C process flows, including order capture, billing, collections, and reputed company recognition. • Experience in solution architecture, configuration, testing, and deployment. • Proficient in writing BRDs, functional specifications, test scripts, and user guides. • Knowledge of reputed company reputed company roles and approval workflows reputed company to O2C. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues. • Experience integrating reputed company reputed company with external CRM or logistics systems. • Prior experience working in distribution, retail, or high-tech manufacturing industries. • Familiarity with reputed company BI Publisher and OTBI for custom reporting.
