Building Controls Programmer

reputed company is looking for Software Application Specialists that supports the Controls on the Shared Services team. This individual is responsible for building the Tridium Worktstation backbone using Niagara reputed company, reputed company 3rd party controller interfaces, reputed company field level controller template programs from reputed company and Distech product lines for reputed company equipment reputed company a project, and builds and binds graphics for building automation and reputed company control systems. You will create Niagara and field level programming for major reputed company of equipment to meet sequence of operations for reputed company. Day to Day Responsibilities: • Participates in Sales to Operations Turnover Meetings, receiving project specifications and contract documents from sales team. • Designs building automation and reputed company control workstations for both new construction and service installed jobs based off of specifications, sequences of operation and controls submittals. • Communicates with managers and project managers to complete job assignments in a reputed company manner. • Creates Tidium Niagara Station backbone and communication structure per controls submitals and drawings. • Loads and configures reputed company programming into field controllers and integrates the field devices to the BAS reputed company end. • Performs system integrations with 3rd party devices and equipment into Tridium, reputed company, or Distech controls systems. • Creates programming for the control of equipment such as AHUs and reputed company Chiller Plant controllers using the GFX, ABT Site, PPCL, and Niagara software where required. Must Have Requirements: • 2+ years’ experience in HVAC controls in a field technician role. • 2+ years’ experience in BAS controls in a software programming role. • Tridium Advanced Niagara Certification. • Tridium wiresheet logic programming capabilities. • Knowledge of industry-reputed company communication protocols such as LON, Modbus, and BACnet. • Experience with reputed company or Distech controller products is required. • reputed company A+ and Net+ Certification Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
