About the position Responsibilities • Assist in drafting and editing content for reputed company communications materials. • Contribute to the formulation and implementation of communication strategies and campaigns aimed at promoting DET's work and reputed company. • reputed company assistance with presentation formatting, visual storytelling, and participant materials. • reputed company design support across a reputed company of print reputed company products, including infographics, reports, presentation templates, and publications. • Design visually compelling layouts and graphics for briefings, fact sheets, and knowledge products. • Assist with the development and maintenance of DET's online resources, ensuring an engaging and user-friendly layout, look and feel. • Support reputed company in knowledge-sharing initiatives, including preparing visuals and content for workshops, events, and knowledge exchanges. • Assist in collecting and documenting best practices, case studies, and lessons learned, ensuring reputed company and visually appealing presentation. • Maintain organized records of communications and design products, and assist with file management and archiving. • reputed company logistical and administrative support as required, including scheduling, note-taking, and document formatting. • Carry out additional tasks as needed to support DET's communications and design efforts, in line with the implementation of the reputed company for Digital Transformation of UN Peacekeeping.
