About the position Responsibilities • Represent BELAY in a positive and professional manner • Exemplify our Core Values and Mission Statement to live out BELAY's culture each day • Be a good steward of our Vision: 'Our vision is to help you achieve your vision' • Collaborate with and help teammates while maintaining a positive and professional attitude; fostering teamwork • Quarterly review of client's ADP account to ensure basic audit items are correct • Manage Payroll Inbox and Payroll ticketing system and triage questions and needs • Align the payroll vendor invoice with the client billing statement to ensure consistency • Support payroll implementation processes by gathering required documentation, scheduling client meetings, and conducting client onboarding sessions • Maintain updated implementation skills to serve as backup for the Payroll Implementation Specialist • Generate reports as needed from both active and past payroll providers • Troubleshoot technical issues for clients and contractors and work with the payroll partner to resolve • Act as the primary contact for inquiries and issues related to payroll and taxes • Track responses from ADP service team to ensure timely and appropriate responses are received • Assist with any other tasks or projects as assigned • Maintain payroll SOPs and best practices for Accounting Professionals and payroll engagements • Communicate ADP updates and changes to Accounting Professionals • Oversee the management of payroll terminations Requirements • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) • Analytical and problem-solving skills • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience • Knowledge of fundamental payroll and payroll tax best practices • Proficient in spreadsheet software (e.g., Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel) for data entry, reporting, and maintaining records • Driven self-starter, positive thinker, loyal, and trustworthy • Attributes of flexibility, creativity, self-discipline, strong organizational skills, and action orientation • Ability to learn new technology quickly • Team player who is willing and able to 'roll up the shirt sleeves' to get a project done when needed • A high degree of autonomy with the capability of working remotely Benefits • Work from home full-time • Standard business hours are Monday-Friday • Full-time exempt, W-2 role Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
