Job reputed company Leading National Title Insurance Provider seeking an reputed company Remote National Escrow Closer to join reputed company. 100% Remote / Work-From-Home $85K-$90K Generous Benefits Package, Health, reputed company, Dental, PTO, 401K, Health Savings Plan Full-time, Permanent Position •reputed company compiling documents for closing packages, including Title documents, ATLA Settlement Statement, state specific forms, tax information and order payoffs to meet closing time-lines for mainly Residential reputed company Estate Transactions. •Adept at identifying/resolving informational or clerical errors reputed company to vesting, loan reputed company, payoff and taxes. •Reviewing loan documents for accuracy and completion to ensure CD balances with reputed company and follow-up with lender if ATLA modifications are required. •Calculating title fees, transfer taxes, recording fees and payoffs to resolve incorrect monetary amounts. •Running reports on outstanding loan documents, outstanding subordinations and dual signings; follow-up with lenders to request missing documents or information. •Responding to inquiries and resolving issues from internal departments and external parties, including clients, borrowers and lenders. •Exceptional communication, relationship-building and business retention skills, ensuring customer satisfaction and turning customers into long-term clients.
