Virtual Assistant – Instant Lead Calling & Customer Follow-Up
Location: Remote
Schedule: Must be available every day between 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST (U.S.)
Type: Part-Time (Approx. 2 hours/day)
About the Opportunity
This is a unique, flexible role for someone who values results and consistency. You’ll work no more than 2 hours per day, but your impact will be huge. We typically receive about 4 leads per day, and your mission is to call them instantly the second they come in, plus follow up with existing leads and customers to maximize conversions.
Responsibilities
• Call each new lead immediately when it comes in (within seconds/minutes).
• Follow up with customers twice per day at different, random times to increase contact chances.
• During downtime, call through our existing leads list and reach as many people as possible.
• Document every call attempt, conversation, and customer response.
• Record any excuses, objections, or reasons customers give for delaying decisions.
• Keep all notes organized in our CRM or tracking system.
• Report daily results and any trends noticed during calls.
Requirements
• Must be consistently available during 9 AM – 7 PM CST.
• Able to respond instantly to new lead notifications.
• Clear English speaking skills with a professional phone presence.
• Reliable internet and a quality headset.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate documentation.
• Persistent, results-focused mindset.
