Description: • We are excited to bring on a Retirement Consultant within Retirement Plan Services to join the national team in either Atlanta GA, St. Louis MO, or Minneapolis MN • In this role, you will deliver retirement planning, education, and world class service to complex retirement plan sponsors and participants • This includes growing plan participation, increasing average deferral rates, asset gathering, and servicing of employees • You will play a vital role in the growth, retention, and overall satisfaction of clients that you are tasked with servicing • Our goal is enabling our clients to achieve the retirement they envision • Conduct in-person and/or virtual meetings with Plan Sponsor/Participants to achieve assigned goals and metrics • Meet or exceed established goals by increasing retirement plan participation, deferral rates, and average account balance leading to better participant outcomes and increased revenue & market share with assigned Plan Sponsor/Participant book of business • Develop a comprehensive understanding of existing/targeted Plan Sponsor/Participants including targeted market segments, how they operate, and/or value proposition • Support Relationship Management with retention efforts and look for opportunities to promote other Lincoln services and cross partner with appropriate internal stakeholders • You will support regional RC Directors by taking on additional responsibilities to support regional objectives and RPS goal Requirements: • 1 - 3+ Years’ experience in Retirement Plans that aligns with the specific responsibilities • Lives in Atlanta, St. Louis or Minneapolis area with the ability to travel up to 50% regionally and nationally • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) • FINRA SIE, S6, and S63 within 90 days of hire (pre-registration preferred) • Life & Health within 90 days of hire (pre-licensed preferred) • Passion for retirement readiness • Experience in Group Benefits • College of Financial Planning or comparable certification(s) or designations • Prior system experience with: Excel, Salesforce, and Teams • Bilingual Spanish/English Benefits: • Clearly defined career tracks and job levels, along with associated behaviors for each of Lincoln's core values and leadership attributes • Leadership development and virtual training opportunities • PTO/parental leave • Competitive 401K and employee benefits • Free financial counseling, health coaching and employee assistance program • Tuition assistance program • Work arrangements that work for you • Effective productivity/technology tools and training Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
