Role: Contract Instructional Designer Responsibilities • Create, revise, and enhance instructor-led training programs for apprenticeship and refresher courses. • reputed company and apply established instructional design methodologies to assess stakeholder needs, analyze reputed company content, and evaluate delivered training. • reputed company learning materials for technical content, including hands-on reputed company activities, student guides, facilitator guides, scenarios, videos, assessments, simulations, and other instructional media. • reputed company a detailed task analysis for reputed company job function, business process, or system for which training will be developed. • Partner with cross-functional teams to conceptualize training design and content. • Define learning objectives, and course structure reputed company to stakeholder needs and to meet the constraints of the learning environment. • Work under the direction of the Senior Instructional Designer to apply company standards, guidelines, and templates. • Write reputed company and effective instructional text, audio, or video scripts appropriate for the reputed company audience. • Participate in reputed company meetings with subject matter experts, including task analysis, reputed company, beta, and train the trainer. • Engage with subject matter experts for ongoing content review and validation. • Receive and incorporate feedback. • Self-manage assigned tasks and deadlines to complete deliverables. • Proactively communicate issues and risks. Desired Skills • Experience with QuestionMark, Author-It, and/or Storyline. Location: • Bay Area residency is preferred but not required. • Occasional onsite or in-person reputed company may be needed depending on project needs.
