Facebook Ads Manager
We’re looking for a freelance Facebook Ads Manager to help drive performance across two industries: home healthcare and consumer goods sold on Amazon. This role is ideal for someone who can manage ad campaigns independently, understands audience targeting, and knows how to optimize for results without relying on pixel data.
Industries:
Home healthcare: Lead generation for care services and recruitment for caregiver roles
Consumer products: Driving traffic to Amazon listings and website and tracking results
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and manage Facebook ad campaigns focused on service promotion and job recruitment
Build and test audience segments based on industry-specific targets (e.g. caregivers, healthcare professionals, families in need of care)
Create compelling ad copy and ad graphics tailored to each audience
Run campaigns for Amazon products
Track performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI
Provide clear reporting and recommendations
What You’ll Need:
Experience running Facebook Ads without pixel data (or ability to adapt)
Familiarity with Amazon Attribution or a willingness to learn quickly
Strong skills in targeting, ad creative development, and performance optimization
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns at once
This is a remote freelance role with ongoing monthly work for the right person.
