We are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in North Venice, Florida. This long-term contract position requires a detail-oriented individual who excels in managing scheduling processes and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves coordinating appointments, maintaining communication with clients and business partners, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Duties:
• Manage and organize daily and long-term schedules for employees, clients, or teams.
• Coordinate appointments and meetings to optimize productivity.
• Confirm scheduled events and handle cancellations or rescheduling requests as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using scheduling and productivity tools, such as Microsoft Excel, Google Calendar, or industry-specific software.
• Effectively communicate with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity in scheduling needs.
• Utilize strong organizational skills to balance multiple tasks while prioritizing urgent needs.
