What You’ll Do • Provide friendly and professional phone support (with some video support – less than 15%) to help customers with their tax filing process. • Troubleshoot sign-in issues, e-file rejections, refund status questions, and other common concerns. • Share links to relevant TurboTax support articles to guide customers to quick solutions. • Keep your PC optimized for smooth operations and take ownership of scheduling mentoring sessions for performance improvement. • Maintain a positive, professional tone — even during high-demand periods.
