Pre & Post Natal Yoga Instructor The NECC is expanding our programing and looking to develop a new Pre and Post Natal yoga program. The Pre & Post Natal yoga and Movement classes will be inclusive and support individual wellness and strengthen communities. All Instructors create safe, inspiring, and inclusive group exercise classes, and may facilitate both in-person and online classes as assigned. • 85 hr.
