Responsibilities: • Define and implement overall QA strategy for Manhattan Active WMS and its interfaces. • Establish quality benchmarks and KPIs for testing activities. • Lead execution of functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT). • Ensure comprehensive test coverage across all WMS modules (receiving, inventory, picking, shipping, etc.). • Oversee testing of interfaces including CMS Worldlink, Autostore, PackSize, SLAM, and Numina. • Manage and mentor a team of QA analysts; assign tasks, review work, and provide feedback. • Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing within the QA team. • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, project managers, and operations teams to ensure requirements are fully tested. • Communicate testing progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders. • Maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test results. • Generate QA metrics and dashboards for leadership reporting. • Identify opportunities to improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies. • Define test scenarios, test cases, and test data requirements based on specifications. • Validate data flows across systems including APIs and message queues. • Validate WMS configurations, RF device workflows, and label printing logic. • Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system scalability. • Log, track, and manage defects using tools such as JIRA. • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and vendors to resolve defects. • Utilize test automation tools where applicable (e.g., Katalon, Postman). • Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects. • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide training or documentation as needed. • Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
