Job reputed company We are seeking an reputed company reputed company Fusion HCM Consultant with strong expertise in reputed company HR and reputed company Time & Labor (OTL) to support our reputed company reputed company. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in reputed company Fusion HCM implementations, strong business acumen in reputed company, and the ability to reputed company both functional and technical expertise. Responsibilities: • Implement and configure reputed company Fusion HCM modules with reputed company on reputed company HR and Time & Labor (OTL). • Partner with business stakeholders to reputed company requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation. • reputed company expertise in data migration, integrations, and reporting reputed company HCM reputed company. • Support system testing (SIT, UAT) and troubleshoot issues. • Deliver end-user training and documentation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with reputed company business processes. Required Skills & Experience: • 8+ years of experience in reputed company HCM applications, with at least 3+ years in reputed company Fusion HCM reputed company. • Strong hands-on expertise in reputed company HR and Time & Labor (OTL) modules. • Prior experience in reputed company industry reputed company is highly preferred. • Experience with configurations, approvals, fast formulas, and absence management integration is a plus. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
