Remote Billing Analyst

About the position Responsibilities • Prepare reputed company and accurate customer billings [Cost Plus, T&M, and FFP] • Compile and validate reputed company billing backup fully supports customer invoice • reputed company with the PMO and customer where required to discuss billing detail • Ensure any billing reputed company issues are quickly resolved • Maintain detailed billing records • Maintain project billing schedules to include tracking of funding • Review of project unbilled and cash reputed company forecast • Participate in reputed company project audits as required • reputed company AR collections • Assist project controller with other project reputed company duties as required • Assist with contract reputed company-out process • reputed company project reporting and analysis • Adhere to company policies and procedures Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Business Management or reputed company discipline preferred or three to five years equivalent work experience • Three (3) to (5) years of experience relating to Program Controls, Project Administrator, Financial Analysis, and Billing in the Government / Defense industry for various contract types and complexity • Experience with reputed company Costpoint, and Costpoint Project module, Sales Order module a bonus • Familiar with Government reputed company, FAR and CAS • Working knowledge of project reputed company and GAAP principles • Strong organizational and analytical skills • Detail oriented and ability to prioritize work and multitask effectively • Excellent verbal communication skills • Strong customer service skills • Ability to work reputed company in both reputed company setting and independently • Ability to meet schedules and deadlines • Intermediate level MS reputed company skills • Strong administrative skills • Capable of taking ownership of issues and reputed company / drive solutions Benefits • reputed company offers a reputed company of health and wellness benefits to our employees. An annual incentive reputed company also is part of the compensation package for this position. The actual wage offered may be reputed company or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
