Our team of 400+ seasoned professionals is passionate about driving performance in the dynamic omnichannel marketplace. As a Senior Director of Sales - Costco, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing the Costco team to exceed client expectations
  • Establishing MPG as a leading sales strategy and services team within the Costco landscape
  • Managing end-to-end client relationships and delivering strategic recommendations
  • Cultivating strong relationships with retailers and vendors
  • Identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth
  • Serving as a Subject Matter Expert for Costco, providing insights and solutions
  • Maintaining data accuracy and quality assurance
  • Exhibiting strong financial acumen and managing P&L
  • Providing omnichannel support and trend analysis

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of selling or buying experience in the Club Channel, with direct relationships with Costco Merchants
  • Proficiency in data analysis and sales storytelling
  • Strong project management skills and excellent communication skills
  • Robust knowledge of the consumer products industry, including category, brand, and retail strategies
  • Ability to listen, understand, and resolve competing priorities effectively
